Erfaring
I am a former professional football player and have been working as a personal trainer since 2014. Over the years, I have become one of the top-performing PTs at 3T and have worked with both elite athletes and general population clients seeking sustainable lifestyle changes.
Within football, I have worked as a coach, physical trainer, and personal trainer for players competing in the Premier League, Bundesliga, Eliteserien, Major League Soccer (MLS), Ekstraklasa, and the Slovak and Czech first leagues. I have also competed in amateur MMA and worked as a personal trainer for professional MMA fighters, as well as tennis, handball, and basketball players. My experience includes rehabilitation, technical training, correcting muscular imbalances, hypertrophy training, and long-term performance development.
